Not used SSH before? Run this command first to get your keys!

ssh-keygen -t ed25519

You can accept the default options by pressing enter.

On first connection, you’ll be prompted to choose a username. After that, you can create posts, follow users, and explore the federated timeline.

On federated services like Mastodon people now can follow you, when searching for:

@YourUser@stegodon.zip

Stegodon.zip is run by DotZip Ltd, a non-profit company that runs fediverse services for anyone to use.

We don’t yet have a Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, or a privacy policy or really anything like that yet, so err.. use at your own risk i guess.

What was meant to happen was that anything served from our image subdomain was not challenged, this is already heavily cached in cloudflare anyway.

But because the image subdomain is accessed via a redirect, the security rules were still challenging traffic under the /pictrs/ domain
