You can accept the default options by pressing enter.

On first connection, you’ll be prompted to choose a username. After that, you can create posts, follow users, and explore the federated timeline.

On federated services like Mastodon people now can follow you, when searching for:

@YourUser@stegodon.zip

Stegodon.zip is run by DotZip Ltd, a non-profit company that runs fediverse services for anyone to use.

Heads up: a critical SCP path traversal was disclosed in the wish SSH library. #stegodon is NOT affected — it doesn't use the vulnerable SCP feature. Verified against the published PoC
