I have just been advised by a recruiter to strip out anything from my CV/profile that hints that I'm over 50 - it seems that AI screening tools are filtering out older candidates, even when it's illegal in certain jurisdictions. To anyone who continues to claim that AI is un-biased - fuck you - I'm proud of (most of) my experiences and I shouldn't have to pander to AI tools just to remain visible in the job market.
