Podczas pożaru lasu na terenie Nadleśnictwa Józefów w powiecie biłgorajskim (lubelskie), w katastrofie zginął pilot gaśniczego samolotu Dromader.Odszedł na wieczny dyżur...W Polsce, w sezonie, w specjalnych Leśnych Bazach Lotniczych stacjonuje do 20 szt. polskich PZL M18 Dromader.Znałem pilotów stacjonujących pod Rybnikiem. Widziałem tyle razy Dromadery na pokazach.Latanie nisko i powoli nad płonącymi lasami to trudna sztuka. Silnikom brakuje tlenu. Robią to wyjątkowi piloci. Looks like it is all built on Google Cloud, which makes me wonder about the marketing claiming EU sovereignty. Does not look like there are any plans to bridge or interact with existing social web standards. Some interesting concepts, but closed platform AFAICT 🤷

The tech sector is massively failing older people.I just spent over an hour trying to assist an elderly neighbour with her home phone. The provider’s website and contact phone number make it as difficult as possible to speak to a human, defaulting to mobile phone based text workflows.The earliest the provider can have an engineer visit is in 3 weeks.Very friendly humans when you talk to them, but a completely broken system.
